For online purchases, you can also request a collection of your items online to be exchanged and our delivery team will collect the items from you. Online exchange requests are currently only available for specific products and for exchanging sizes only. You may not be able to request an exchange if the price of the alternative size has changed or is different compared to the original price you paid.
