Do you charge a shipping fee?

This service is free for orders 499 SAR and above or costs 20 SAR for orders below 499 SAR.

Why is my delivery delayed?

We work hard to ensure that you get your order delivered as promised. But sometimes due to high volumes of orders, we are unable to ship your order in time. In these cases, you will be notified via email of the estimated delay. If you are facing a delay with an order and require assistance or an update, you can get in touch with us and we will provide you with an update within 24 hours.

How do I view my order history?

A benefit of creating an account with Bloomingdale’s is that you can view your order history at any time from the “My Orders” section of your account.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping to Saudi Arabia including UAE, Kuwait and Qatar.

Why is my order split into partial deliveries?

We often source your favorite products from different locations so to ensure that we get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes have to split your order into 2 or more shipments. In these cases, we notify you that your order will be arriving in multiple shipments before you make a payment for the order. You will be able to track these shipments separately through the “My Orders” section in your account, or by looking up your order number and email address if you’re a guest user.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to multiple shipping addresses within the same order. If you would like to have some items delivered to a different address, you can place two separate orders to different delivery addresses.

What are your shipping-timelines

To offer you the best of our collection, we source products from different locations. Our products will be delivered to you within 3-7 days. You will be able to see the estimated delivery timeline for every product when you’re adding it to cart, as well as before you checkout.

What shall I do if my delivery is missing, incomplete or damaged?

If your entire order has been delivered and some items are missing, or you have received damaged products, please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Can I change my delivery address for an existing order?

We cannot accommodate a change in address after your order has been shipped. However, if you do need to change your delivery address, please contact us right away and our customer care team will update you on whether there’s time to make the request before shipping.
